I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, like the vending machine in the lobby stocked with delicious chocolates. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options to start my day off right.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was excellent.

Close to the city centre, breakfast, quietly located
Some equipment in need of repair

Breakfast was good.
The neighborhood seemed rather problematic to me. In fact, there was an attempted break-in at the restaurant below my room that night (I only heard the noise but did not realize it was a break-in). Restaurant owner said the next day that it was already the fourth! My car parked 15 meters away remained undamaged.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Uppsala. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. The basic amenities in the room, including the twin beds and private bathroom, provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my time there. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with good transportation options nearby.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Great value for money. Also uncomplicated payment and uncomplicated check-in and check-out
We were there too short. Should have stayed longer. It was very good there

Good location, 15 min walk to the centre, quite quiet, bright but narrow rooms, high security standards

Rooms are small and I had to pay extra 60 euros for sheets and pillow cases (towels not included) which is absurd when you have already paid 150 euros for 1 night.Way more expensive for a hostel.

Staff was very nice. The breakfast is excellent. My first stay in November last year here was good, now I found out that was because it was low season.
The window of my room was towards a common dining area. I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. In the second night somebody was smoking outside or in a room near me and the smoke came to my room. The hostel was also full booked and there was a big sports team that rose early and from 7-8 in the morning you could here constant bangind of the doors. Toilets were dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I loved the fact that there were options for rooms with three single beds, which is quite rare to find. Additionally, I appreciated that there were rooms available with a window inside, as not every hotel offers this feature. Even better, the rooms were equipped with a heater, ensuring a comfortable stay. Another positive aspect was the basic amenities provided. Despite breakfast not being included, this hotel had everything I needed for a convenient and hassle-free stay.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that could be improved upon.

Friendly staff.
Located on the outskirts, too big dorms, looked like unfinished or undergoing renovation, not too clean, it was rather cold in the room.

The receptionist was very friendly and staff generally friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was simple but warm and relaxed. The breakfast was very good value for money! The guest kitchen was well-organized and clean.
Towels were only changed and the rooms were only cleaned upon request and with extra pay. Some of the public spaces were not so clean. We had a room whose window could not be opened. Air conditioning did not always work effectively. The room got consequently stuffy.

This hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of all the main sites in the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, even giving great recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and included small fridges and free Wi-Fi access. the breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of options.
During our stay, there was construction work happening in the hotel, which caused some noise and disruption. We also found that the room lacked basic amenities such as drinking glasses and soap, and the towel rental fee was an unexpected expense.

free coffee after 17.00
Was told to wait for nearly 3 hrs before being checked in (arrived at noon) even though there were clean empty rooms available at the time. Saw 4 other people checking in during my wait time. No apology was made. Really thin wall. Heard next door snoring all night long. Cleaning started at 8am in other rooms and woke me up again because of very poor sound proof designs.
